At EduSmart Academy, we provide digital courses, preparation materials, mock tests, and learning resources for candidates preparing for Pakistan’s Armed Forces and related examinations.
Because our services provide immediate access to digital educational materials, all purchases made through EduSmart are considered final.
Students are encouraged to carefully review course details before making a purchase.
No Refund Policy
EduSmart follows a strict no refund policy. Once a payment is successfully completed, it cannot be refunded under normal circumstances.
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchasing a course
- Failure to pass an exam, test, or selection process
- Lack of time to complete the course
- Personal circumstances preventing course participation
- Dissatisfaction after accessing course materials
- Partial or full usage of course content
EduSmart provides preparation resources and guidance only. Selection in Armed Forces or any institution is not guaranteed.
Exception (Accidental or Mistaken Payment)
Refunds may only be considered in extremely limited cases where a payment was made mistakenly or accidentally.
Examples include:
- Duplicate payment for the same course
- Payment made accidentally by mistake
- Technical error resulting in multiple charges
Such cases must be reported within 24 hours of the transaction along with valid proof of payment.
Refund Request Process
If you believe your payment was accidental or duplicated:
- Contact EduSmart support immediately
- Provide proof of payment or transaction receipt
- Include your registered name and phone number
After verification, EduSmart may review the request and process a refund if the payment is confirmed to be accidental.
