PAF Accounts Branch – Test Experience
Intelligence Test:
- Duration: 35 minutes for 100 MCQs.
- The majority of the questions (more than half) focused on:
- Number series.
- English alphabet series.
- Odd one out questions.
- The remaining questions involved pictures (visual reasoning).
Non-Verbal Test:
- The Non-Verbal section was fairly straightforward, with pattern recognition questions that were not too difficult.
Accounts Test:
- Duration: 50 minutes for 100 MCQs.
- The test was quite easy.
- Most of the questions were related to the basics of accounting, including:
- Debt and Credit.
- Going concern.
- Conservatism.
- There were also a few questions related to:
- Audit.
- Economics.
Final Thoughts:
- The Intelligence test focused on series and pattern recognition, so good time management is key.
- The Accounts test was easy for those who are familiar with basic accounting principles.
