Muhammad Faizan (Ex-PAF Personnel): Perseverance, Passion, and Purpose in the Path to EduSmart

My name is Muhammad Faizan, and I am proof that no matter where you start, with determination and hard work, you can shape your own destiny.

Early Education:

Matriculation (2015):
I completed my Matric from Naqsh e Lasani School, where I scored 957/1100 marks, securing 1st position in my area. This was a proud moment, with posters of my success displayed everywhere.

FSC Pre-Engineering (2017):
I moved on to Govt College Shakargarh to pursue my FSC in Pre-Engineering. Despite initially ranking 88th in college, I worked tirelessly to improve my grades and ended up securing 940/1100 marks, ranking 6th in Shakargarh. I was proud to have never missed a single day of college, earning the title of “Scholar” from my friends.

Work to Meet Expenditures:

Water Delivery Boy (During FSC):
To support myself and my family, I worked as a water delivery boy while studying. My first day on the job earned me 90 rupees, but that didn’t discourage me. I learned valuable lessons in hard work, dedication, and resilience, balancing both work and studies.

Various Odd Jobs:
Alongside my studies, I also took on other jobs like tutoring and Working in Marts, which taught me responsibility and resourcefulness. Each experience added to my growth and shaped my determination to succeed.

“Success is not defined by where you start, but by the strength to rise every time life challenges you. Keep moving forward with passion, and the journey will define you.”
— Sir Muhammad Faizan(Ex-PAF)

Higher Education:

University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore:
After my FSC, I enrolled at UET Lahore to pursue Civil Engineering. While my heart was set on joining the armed forces, my father wanted me to stay on the engineering path. Despite this, I followed my passion and applied to the TCC and CAE programs in the Pakistan Army and Air Force.

Achievements and Setbacks:

Pakistan Air Force (2018-19):
In 2018-19, I was selected for the Pakistan Air Force. However, after just 71 days of training, I was medically disqualified due to heart and kidney issues. Returning my uniform was the hardest day of my life. But even in the face of disappointment, I refused to let this setback define me.

University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) – Agricultural Engineering (2019):
After my medical disqualification, I joined UAF to pursue Agricultural Engineering, a new chapter in my academic life.

Entrepreneurship and EduSmart:

Founding EduSmart (August 2020):
In August 2020, I took a bold step and founded EduSmart, a YouTube channel dedicated to providing mentorship and educational content for students. The channel became a platform where I could share my experiences and help others navigate their academic and career journeys.

Support from My Sister, Rimsha:
I owe much of EduSmart’s success to my sister, Rimsha. She encouraged me to start the channel and played a pivotal role in its growth. Her belief in me helped make EduSmart what it is today.

Current Role:

CEO, Mentor, and Founder of EduSmart:
Today, I serve as the CEO, Mentor, and Founder of EduSmart, where I continue to guide students towards success. My goal is to help them overcome challenges, pursue their dreams, and make a meaningful impact on the world.

Life Lessons:

Through every triumph and setback, I’ve learned that success doesn’t come overnight. It’s about hard work, resilience, and the courage to keep moving forward. Whether delivering water or mentoring students, I’ve always believed that with determination and perseverance, anything is possible.

“Passion is the fuel that keeps the fire of perseverance burning. When you believe in what you do, the impossible becomes possible.”
